I'm signed off work for the rest of the week, so no date with nyecamden tonight. Bah. Well enough to have caffeine, praise Dawkins. Green tea for the win! Still no energy — muscles glad to be being used, but lungs protesting after the slightest exertion. But on the mend and should be right for Vagabonds on Saturday. Who else is going?

In today's listening, I got to the Summer Suns — the 1989 tape and all the singles. That tape was released in a run of 100 and it was always my favourite recording; they really really should have just released that as their album then. Thankfully it was reissued in 1997 (Get Hip GH-1047). It's just unbelievably beautiful jangle-pop and if you see it you need to buy it.
